How we get the personal information and why we have it
All personal information is supplied by the customer at checkout. We use the information provided to produce personalised gifts for the customer / recipients. The finished product is sent to the address the customer entered when purchasing the personalised gift. The data contained within the gift is then securely wrapped and sent using a trusted third party delivery company.
We DO NOT share personal information with any third party other than the delivery address with the delivery company.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: Your consent. You can remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting certificartgifts@gmail.com

Certificart Refund Policy
All our items are personalised. Personalised items have been made specifically to your requirements and are personal only to you. For this reason, they cannot be re-sold and are not refundable.
We try to show lots of examples of each product and give full descriptions of sizes etc so you should have a good idea what to expect. The colours displayed on each piece of artwork vary; the examples on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual goods will occur as each piece is completely different. As all of our items are produced by hand, and as each order is different with varying information, small differences will occur in each finished article. However, each piece of artwork will be finished to a high standard and we will aim to ensure it’s as close as possible to the example artwork you have chosen.
We aim for each piece to be part of a set. This means that if you order multiple items or have ordered from us in the past, each item should compliment each other when placed side by side.
We keep all previous artwork on file so in the rare occurrence we have made a mistake on your order please get in touch and we will send a replacement immediately free of charge. If your original artwork is framed, please keep the original frame as your replacement will be sent in a tube and the replacement item can be easily popped in by removing the back of the frame.
Although every effort is made in trying to get your parcel to you in perfect condition, sometimes damages in transit do occur. You must let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your item if it has been damaged. We will require images of the damage so we can investigate with our courier. We will send a replacement of damaged goods immediately and free of charge.

By purchasing items from Certificart; you consent to us using photographs and or videos of your item during the design process and the finished design for promotional activity. This may be shared in many different places but we will ensure data protection is always our number one priority.
Certificart Delivery Policy
Order Processing:
All of our products are custom-made. Orders are produced within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends) and dispatched as soon as they are ready. Please see below for up-to-date estimated delivery times. You will receive an order notification when your order is placed and another notification when your order has shipped.
UK Rates and Delivery Times:
Delivery times are calculated after processing the order.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international shipments may incur additional customs and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
Shipping Carriers:
We use Royal Mail for domestic shipping and FedEx for international shipping to ensure your order is delivered in the most efficient manner.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at certificartgifts@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date (This is usually 7 calendar days from the order date). We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
